Use our automated RMA and quote system to process your sensor(s), or contact us by email or phone to receive an RMA number. Return the sensor prepaid to us; we will service it promptly and return it via UPS or FedEx (shipping cost added to your invoice). If you prefer, we can use your shipping account. We accept credit cards or net 30-day terms for approved accounts.
Before sending a sensor for calibration or service, please request an RMA by phone, email, or through the automatic RMA form below. To use the automatic RMA form, complete the required fields and click submit; your RMA number, quote, and shipping instructions will be emailed to you immediately.
Multiple sensors of the same model number can be included in a single RMA; however, please submit a separate request for each different model number.
NOTE:
- We calibrate in accordance with ISO 17025 using standards that are directly calibrated by NIST or METAS (first-tier traceability).
- For sensors requiring service, please include any known issues in the Additional Information section.
- After receipt of sensor(s), pricing will be adjusted for sensors within warranty or if there is remaining extended service available.
