True RMS Average Power Sensor+™ with Triggering 1 MHz to 9 GHz
The LBSF09A is a True RMS, high‑sensitivity, high‑accuracy RF and microwave power sensor covering 1 MHz to 9 GHz with an 83 dB dynamic range. It is suitable for EMC work, general‑purpose average power measurements, and scalar applications. The sensor supports USB with USBTMC, HiSLIP for LAN‑based control, and an optional VISA‑compatible LAN interface. For embedded use, Option SPI provides SPI and I²C access. These interfaces allow the sensor to be used in automated test systems, embedded designs, and general laboratory environments including radar, satellite, and telecommunications.
LadyBug’s PMA‑12 Power Meter Software is included and provides full control of sensor functions such as setup, triggering, logging, and offset tables. An Interactive IO utility is also included for sending SCPI commands and queries during system development. Connections for triggering, Option SPI, and Option 001 (Analog Recorder Out) are available through an optional module. The LBSF09A supports average‑power measurements on signals of any modulation type, including 802.11ac, GSM, CDMA2000, CDMA (IS‑95), TDMA, multi‑tone, OFDM, CW, and QAM.
