We continue to monitor the latest updates and information about the global COVID-19 outbreak, including the recent regulatory changes here in the US due to the increase in cases.

Our existing Covid-19 policies are consistent with these changes. We continue to ensure that we safeguard the health of our employees while maintaining our ability to operate and ship product as required by the Defense Production Act.

This situation has affected some of our employees, however we have customers and orders with Defense Production Act scheduling requirements. Our manufacturing operations are utilizing staggered hours and special sanitization procedures. This allows our employees to maintain distancing while in production. We are operating within Sonoma County Covid-19 guidelines.

This statement will be updated anytime a significant change occurs.

Questions and Answers:

1. Will my order ship on time?

All product is scheduled to ship on time. Typical turnaround time for repair and calibration services could be extended slightly. We are monitoring the status of our primary and alternate shipping partners for any change in their ability to ship product.

2. Where are LadyBug products made?

LadyBug Power Sensors are manufactured and calibrated in Santa Rosa, CA, USA. Any required sub-assemblies and mechanical parts are made in the United States.

3. What is LadyBug’s contact information?

4. What has LadyBug done to assure stability during this situation?

We believe that one of the major factors in preventing the transmittal of Coronavirus is understanding and utilizing good practices. We provide and discuss these practices on a regular basis. We have taken many additional steps including providing needed sanitary items, providing information and encouraging alternative schedules where possible.

5. What steps has LadyBug taken to assure a continuous supply?

We only use first tier US suppliers for our components including electronic parts, printed circuit boards, connectors and machined parts. We have at least two suppliers for any component and have reviewed specific concerns with our suppliers to assure availability.

Our increased inventory of both raw material and finished product provides scheduling flexibility for our employees, while assuring product availability for our customers.
