LadyBug’s standard warranty is one year including parts, labor and re-calibration as a part of repair (including a new certificate and data). We also include two day return shipment within the U.S.A. All LadyBug products are warranted against failure under normal use.
NOTE: Opening the PowerSensor by removing the rear panel screws voids all warranties.
Our goals are to:
| • Complete all service within 5 working days (or less) |
| • Return all serviced instruments with two-day shipping within the U.S.A. |
| • Include both the calibration certificate and data |
| • Provide personal contact within one day of information request |
If a LadyBug product fails during it's warranty period please call our service department for details. They will advise you on shipping instructions and the anticipated return date.
