Statement Concerning COVID-19 (Coronavirus)

We continue to monitor the latest updates and information about the global COVID-19 outbreak, we are taking additional measures to ensure that we safeguard the health of our employees and maintain our ability to operate.

We realize that this situation remains dynamic and we will continue to provide updates as conditions change. We are confident in our already-in-place preparation and contingency planning for situations such as this.

We remain committed to providing the superior service and support that our customers have come to expect of our company throughout this situation.

Shelter in Place orders have been put in place for many locations,including Santa Rosa. This will affect some of our employees. We have customers with Defense Production Act scheduling requirements, and are operating a minimum staff under strict Sonoma County Covid-19 guidelines.

This statement will be updated weekly in addition to anytime a significant change occurs.

Questions and Answers:

1. Will my order ship on time?

All product is scheduled to ship on time. Typical turnaround time for repair and calibration services could be extended slightly. We are monitoring the status of our primary and alternate shipping partners for any change in their ability to ship product.

2. Where are LadyBug products made?

LadyBug Power Sensors are manufactured and calibrated in Santa Rosa, CA, USA. Any required sub-assemblies and mechanical parts are made in the United States.

3. What is LadyBug’s contact information?

4. What has LadyBug done to assure stability during this situation?

We believe that one of the major factors in preventing the transmittal of Coronavirus is understanding and utilizing good practices. We provide and discuss these practices on a regular basis. We have taken many additional steps including providing needed sanitary items, providing information and encouraging alternative schedules where possible.

5. What steps has LadyBug taken to assure a continuous supply?

We only use first tier US suppliers for our components including electronic parts, printed circuit boards, connectors and machined parts. We have at least two suppliers for any component and have reviewed specific concerns with our suppliers to assure availability.

We have recently built a significant inventory of finished product to provides scheduling flexibility for our employees, while assuring product availability for our customers.
